Return policy and refunds
Happy customers mean the world to us. We will do everything in our power to ensure your shopping experience with us is satisfactory.
Currently we do not accept any returns. If the product(s) arrive damaged or do not meet the description, you can keep the product(s) and you will receive store credit you can use to purchase any item in our store.
If you are not satisfied with your product(s) and you want to go through a refund process to get store credit, please follow the instructions below.
1) Contact us via the form on our Contact-page or email
2) Let us know why you are unhappy with your product(s)
3) You will be asked for photo proof and further questions to confirm the issue
4) In case the issue is confirmed, you will receive store credit in the amount of the unsatisfactory product(s). You can use this to purchase anything in our store. If the replacing item you want to purchase is more expensive than the original one, you can pay the difference at check-out. You will be asked to cover shipping fees on your replacing order.
Please keep in mind, that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping times are not a valid reason for receiving store credit. Before placing an order all customers may view the shipping policy, which contains the information of average delivery times.
