An item I want to buy is out of stock. When will it be back?


We restock our products often to keep our clients satisfied. However we can't provide specific dates for restock. Keep an eye on our site to see when the product is back in stock.

Can I become a Brand Ambassador?


Absolutely! We would love to have you represent our brand. If you want to apply for the program, please fill in the application form here. After you get approved by our team, you will receive a message containing your ambassador discount code and a unique discount code to promote to your followers. Every 3 sales your code gets, you can choose free clothing or be paid a commission. Your ambassador code is permanent, so you can use it every time you order to get exclusive prices!

What is the shipping process like?


In order to offer our clients the best possible prices, we have partnered with global merchants from all over the world. Your order will be shipped directly from our partners. Due to this orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 weeks after being processed. You can read more information about shipping here.


I ordered several products but only received one. Why?


Because our products are shipped directly from our partners, there is a chance that some products in your order may be shipped separately. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on it's way and should be arriving soon!

Is my personal information secure with your website?


Your personal information is always safe with our website as we use SSL security to make sure all your personal information is encrypted.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Find a product you would like to purchase, choose the right size and color and click the "Add to Cart"-button, Fill in all the required information and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible!

Do you offer freebies?

Oh yes! We do have a selection of free products in our hidden Freebies-area, which is available for Brand Ambassadors only. The collection changes each month, and Ambassadors can order a freebie of their choice each month!

Do I still need to cover the shipping cost if I order a freebie?

Yes, shipping fees still apply on orders under 99€.

Can I change my Brand Ambassador code?

Absolutely. Your default code can be customized in any way you like - as long as the code is still available. If you would like to request code customization, please contact our Brand Ambassador support at
